It saddens me to say it, but this has by far been the most depressing visit home I have had in a while. It has come to my attention that there is an extreme lack of courtesy going on in this world, and that my household is no exception. Sometimes in fact, I feel as if some members of my household are prime examples of how not to act. I have come home to the realization that everyone needs to be slapped in the mouth sometimes, and some people need to be slapped in the mouth more often than others.
Listen, I am not setting out on this venture because I am an intrinsically mean or angry person. I like to think of myself as more thoughtful than angry. I’m setting out on this venture because I don’t like to be angry, but a lot of people are forcing it upon me. But I am a helper and a doer, and I want to help people not suck. After all, some people truly don’t realize how badly they suck; some people need to be told about themselves.
I hope this provides a little insight.
